Position:  Temporary Receptionist (Part Time)

Salary:  £9 per hour

Hours:  Monday to Friday (Part Time)

Length of Contract: Holiday cover from 18th December to 30th December

Location:  City Centre

HR Consultancy are currently recruiting for a temporary part time receptionist to cover our client’s busy reception desk based in their Glasgow office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answer telephones and pass to relevant person
  • Assist with administration support: Must have strong Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills
  • Maintain professional manner at all times

Candidates must also have the following:

  • Ability to mulit-task
  • IT Skills - MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • First class customer service skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
