HR Consultancy is working with a small reputable lawyer’s firm, based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to support their office needs on a temporary basis up to 4 weeks. This is an immediate start so please only apply if you can commit to starting immediately.
Duties will include:
- Providing a full and confidential secretarial support
- Audio Typing of general correspondence, reports, memos and emails
- Filing and archiving
- Dealing with telephone calls into the department
- Additional Secretarial and Administrative duties as required.
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Legal Secretary
- Proven experience in audio typing
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in Audio Typing and experience as a Legal Secretary. To be successful for this role you will be well presented, confident and have first class communication skills. You will be hardworking and able to work to tight deadlines.
