Position: Secretary (Professional Services Environment)
Salary: Circa £19,000 - £21,000 per annum
HR Consultancy is working with a leading professional services firm based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre to recruit an experienced and hardworking Secretary.
Working as part of a small Secretarial Support Team of 3, supporting a team of industry experts, you will be providing full secretarial & administrative support along with supporting a number of partners.
As Secretary your responsibilities will include:
The successful candidate must have extensive experience of audio typing and digital dictation, a proven track record is essential. Previous experience from a professional services environment is essential. Experience from patents, trademarks, IP, or legal would be strongly beneficial.
To be successful for this role you will be well presented, confident and have first class communication skills. All candidates submitted with complete an audio typing test.
