You will join an expanding department and provide critical analysis on regulated complaints across; Investment, Protection and Endowment products, providing resolution including redress calculations on complex and varied cases.
The right candidate should have sound technical knowledge, underpinned by first class problem solving & analytical skills, whilst also possessing a strong background in regulatory complaints. You will display first class communication skills both verbally & written and have a strong desire to provide a clinical assessment and outcome in line with FCA regulations.
