Our client, an International provider of pensions, investments and protection products has multiple opportunities for experienced customer service professionals to join them in their Pensions Platform administration team based in Edinburgh.
In this role successful individuals will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to customers and financial advisors via telephone, email and webchat.
To be considered for this role candidates must have the following experience;
Candidates submitting an application for this role will have a willingness to learn about Platform Investments including Pensions and ISA, Platform technology and associated distribution channels.
37.5 hours per week.
£9.50 per hour
This role is initially offered on a three month contract with a view to going permanent.
