HR Consultancy is currently recruiting in partnership with a widely successful organization for a Payroll Administrator. This position has become available to cover maternity leave and will be a long-term contract until around August 2018. This role is covering the day to day processing of UK payrolls and is looking for someone experienced and comfortable in this area. This position is an excellent opportunity to join an established and highly productive payroll and benefits function with a fantastic team feel.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a high-quality payroll service
  • Effective administration of payroll and benefits function
  • Liaising with third party payroll provider to ensure correct payments are made
  • Take full ownership for your delegated payrolls
  • Act as an initial point of contact for any queries
  • Ensure the internal HR System is up to date and accurate
  • Be able to manage relationships with colleagues overseas
  • Producing payroll reports

You must:

  • Be experienced in UK payroll processing
  • Have a sound knowledge of tax and regulatory requirements
  • Have a strong working knowledge of excel
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude
  • Have a logical and detailed approach to all activities
