HR Consultancy are hiring on behalf of a Glasgow city centre based firm who are looking to add experienced sales Associates to their growing team.
Role: Sales Associate
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Hours: 35 hours per week. Working between 8am-9pm Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday between 9am-5pm.
Salary: £18,500 plus up to 20% bonus
• Delivering an outstanding customer service to a potential client base who have expressed an initial interest in the company’s mortgage product
• Assess affordability and positively promote the products and the brand in order to ultimately secure appointment with the Mortgage Brokers
• Positively position the service and the mortgage advisors experience
• Schedule appointments into the advisors diary
• Ensure all potential opportunities are maximised
• Adhere to company procedures and guidelines closely
• Answer inbound calls and appropriately respond to customer queries
Experience and Skills Required:
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Previous experience in a sales environment with a track record of exceeding targets
• Must have the ability to carry out basic numeracy calculations
• Basic Excel and Microsoft Word abilities
• The ability to build rapport easily with customers
