Learning & Development Manager

A new role reporting to the HR Manager will focus on the development of the Learning & Development strategy within the business. You will manage the development of performance management and appraisal processes, design a competency framework, lead talent and succession planning strategies, review all training including leadership programmes and drive employee engagement initiatives.
This is a key, hands on role focusing on the organisations agenda to develop its key talent to create a high performing, professional culture.
You will either be an experienced Learning & Development Manager who has experience in the design and delivery of learning strategy and the application of the same but also someone who is at home getting their sleeves rolled up to get involved with the design and delivery of the training within the organisation.
