HR Consultancy are working on a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Regulated Complaints Analyst to join a leading Wealth & Investment banking group in Glasgow city centre!

You will join an expanding department and provide critical analysis on regulated complaints across; Investment, Protection and Pensions products, providing resolution including redress calculations on complex and varied cases.
The right candidate should have sound technical knowledge, underpinned by first class problem solving & analytical skills, whilst also possessing a strong background in regulatory complaints. You will display first class communication skills both verbally & written and have a strong desire to provide a clinical assessment and outcome in line with FCA regulations.
The right candidate must display a positive mindset, be forward thinking and have the banks customers at the heart of everything they do. Ideally you will possess Protection, Investment or Pensions Complaints experience, however, Financial Advisers with FPC 1,2,3 qualifications and are potentially looking for a career change can be considered for this role.
