HR Business Partner (Maternity Cover – 12 months)
£35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading commercial business as an HR Business Partner on an interim basis for 12 months to cover a period of maternity.

A HR Business Partner is required for a leading professional services business based in Glasgow City Centre. My client is looking for an experienced HR professional with excellent experience working within a partner led environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join this expanding organisation that is recognised as an industry leader. You will join the organisation in their Glasgow offices and will play a key role working with the senior stakeholders to deliver an excellent HR service.
You will have experience working in a HR generalist environment and will be able to carry out the day to day HR remit. You will have prior experience and knowledge of all aspects of HR including; an excellent knowledge of employment law and the application of the same, an excellent working knowledge of the disciplinary and grievance procedure and also experience of TUPE and the redundancy process.
You will also have experience of working within a multisite role and will be willing to travel between offices across Scotland & London. Working as part of an experienced HR team you will be able to demonstrate experience of working within a forward thinking and proactive HR team within the professional services industry.

Reporting to an HR Director and working in a business partner model you will have responsibility for delivering an efficient HR service across your business area in a generalist remit. Providing HR advice to a range of key stakeholders and also working on a mix of HR project related work. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels.
You will be a commercial, hands on, customer focused individual with in depth HR generalist experience at HR business partner/consultant/senior advisor level. You will also be degree and CIPD qualified. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
