German Speaking Customer Support Advisor

- Dealing with inbound calls and emails giving customers advice and assistance whilst delivering customer service
- Solving customer issues using troubleshooting and researching skills
- Manage your own workload and possess the ability to prioritise
- Ensuring that all customers always receive the highest level of service possible.
- Remaining professional and polite at all times
- Any other reasonable duties as directed by line manager
To be considered for this role:
- A native/fluent German speaker with English fluency
- Previous experience working in customer service roles is preferred
- Technical support experience is preferred
- You will be a great team player
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Can communicate clearly and concisely
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 11:30am to 8:30pm.
Contract: Initial 12 Week probationary period with the view to go permanent
Salary: £8.43 per hour with room for future advancement
