HR Consultancy has a unique and exciting role for a native/fluent German Speaking Customer Advisor to work a part-time, temporary contract based in their modern offices just outside of Glasgow City Centre. You will be working 5 days out of 7, 11:30am-8:30pm. 
 
Role: German Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Hours: Full Time, 5 days out of 7 11:30am-8:30 pm  
Contract: temporary with the possibility of permanent after initial 12 weeks
Pay Rate: £8.43 per hour
There is the possibility that this role will move to a permanent contract after 12 weeks. 
 
Responsibilities:
 Deal with inbound telephone and e-mail customer queries
 Follow up the queries with the relevant administration
 Manage your own workload and possess the ability to prioritise
 Ensuring that all customers always receive the highest level of service possible.
 Remaining professional and polite always
To be considered for this role you will need;
 A native/fluent German speaker with English fluency 
 Previous experience working in customer service roles is preferred
 Ability to multi-task is a must
 To be self-motivated and work well within a team.
 To answer all customer’s questions within a timely manner
