HR Consultancy have been appointed to recruit for a French speaking Accounts Payable Clerk to join a fast paced team based in Paisley. This is fantastic time to join a growing business who are globally recognised and highly regarded in their sector.
You will be an integral part of the organisation and be responsible for ensuring all transactions are authorised and processed efficiently.
To apply for this role, you must have experience working within in a high volume, multi-currency processing function and be able to speak Spanish and English fluently.
• Ensure transactions are processed and posted efficiently
• Processing purchase invoices and credit notes
• Processing staff expense claims
• Scanning supplier invoices
• Check all supplier statements and handle any arising queries
• Reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements
• Prepare daily bank reconciliations
• Prepare analysis and data required for monthly management accounts
• Assist and maintain documentation of all departmental processes/ procedures
To be considered for the role:
• Be fluent in French and English
• Have previous experience in accounts
• Ability to take ownership of own workload
• Be used to working in a fast paced environment
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Be highly organised and able to work on own initiative
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £19,500 plus Bonus
Location: Paisley, Renfrewshire
