HR Consultancy are working on a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Associate to join a reputable employer in Glasgow.

Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Glasgow
Hours: 37.5 Hours – Flexibility required Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Sat 9am - 5pm and Sun 9am - 2pm
Term: Permanent

Key Responsibilities;

  • Deal with inbound calls from existing customer 
  • Listening to the customers’ requirements and delivering an action path to create the right outcome for the customer, creating excellent customer solutions
  • Take ownership of own workload and ensuring customers’ accounts are resolved
  • Dealing with and resolving customer complaints
  • Maintaining a high level of quality by operating within company and regulatory requirements
  • Recording updates on customers’ accounts
  • Live the company’s values and ensure that these are demonstrated to very customer on every call
