Job Title:  Administration Assistant (Kilmarnock)

 

Salary:  Up to £16,000 per annum

 

Location:  North Ayrshire

 

HR Consultancy is delighted to be assisting our North Ayrshire based client with its search for an Administration Assistant to join a busy and growing team.

 

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in an admin focussed role with a proven track record from a similar role.   Duties will include: 

 

·         Supporting the department with administration tasks

  • Administration of mail deployment within the department
  • Validating and verifying daily mailing samples for processing
  • Creating and validating communications templates on document management system
  • Responding and/or fielding requests to appropriate team members
  • Satisfying all data requests
  • Any other duties as directed by management
