It may well be the most-overused made-up term of the past year: Brexit. Naturally, with the transferal of former EU law in to British law, there may well be implications for employment laws and business owners.
Whether we ‘hard’ or ‘soft’ Brexit, the changes to the UK law will have an impact on procedures and compliance.
Morag didn’t dwell on the subject, but marked it out as something to pay close attention to whilst former EU laws are being amalgamated in to British law, since many companies have interests beyond Scotland.
