HR Consultancy is currently recruiting a team of sales professionals for our client’s Lanarkshire-based call centre.

Making outbound calls from warm leads, you will convert customer interest into sales while providing an excellent service. Your product will primarily be a competitive insurance package, but you will also up-sell additional services. To be successful in the role, you will need a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and a real desire to achieve. Previous experience in a professional call centre role would be an advantage. 

The role is permanent with a start date in November and your long-term commitment to a sales role is essential.   

The call centre is open from 9.00am till 8.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm you will be allocated a five day rotating shift during these hours.
