Hours of Work between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and one Saturday in three 9am to 5pm

Due to continuing expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen within our client's collections department.  As a team member you will be responsible for negotiating and tailoring solutions to customer accounts that have fallen into arrears.  Some trace work may also be involved for customers who move job or home and it is essential that you come from an experienced Collections background.  

To succeed in this role, you will be extremely self motivated and an exceptional communicator.  It is essential that you have a track record to building relationships with clients handling large volumes of accounts at any one time.  You must be assertive with a good telephone manner and be an enthusiastic team player with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels.
